The Agape Ministries for Christ International (AMCI) is duly registered with the NGO Board in the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Uganda as a Non-governmental organisation in the name Invaders’ Ministry for Christ International (IMCI) with the member churches called Agape Christian Fellowship (ACF) Churches. This development resulted with the birth of the first Ministry church as Agape Christian Fellowship, Arua on August 29, 2004.
At the outset of Invaders Ministry for Christ International, five pillars were established as the biblical priorities for this ministry.
A firm belief in the power of prayer (James 5:16; Jeremiah 33:3)
To preach the authority of God’s Word without apology. (Hebrews 4:12; II Timothy 4:1-5)
To share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with boldness and work toward reproducing disciples. (Romans 1:16; Matthew 9:36-38)
To lift high the name of Jesus Christ in worship. (John 12:32; 4:23, 24)
To demonstrate the love of Christ among the church (1Corinthians 13)
The Ministry carries activities of evangelism outreaches (in the streets, hospitals, marketplaces, open air, schools, prisons, door to door and over radio), church planting, conferences, praise and worship rallies, church services, discipleship, leadership training and development, and project writing and implementation, etc. It also collaborates with the other churches in planning activities like crusades and conferences.
